yea, i COULD copy this dragon’s id, copy+paste in to the dressing room, import apparel, add an invisibility cloak, save the image, go to the database, search and save the accent hes wearing, load his id in the scrying workshop, and THEN change his genes to what i want to preview, save the image, then open a huge fucking art program and load all 3 images, layer them on top of each other, and then continuously copy+paste the gene scrys over the first one to ACTUALLY SEE WHAT MY DRAGON WOULD LOOK LIKE WITH GENES X AND Y

Horrible Concept:

headless emperors

At first I was going to ask what this even means but I probably don’t want to know.

An Emperor, but no heads.

The distorted, twisted, unnatural body of an emperor with multiple mangled sets of wings, rotting fingers on broken limbs, sagging tails limp with broken bones… And twisted necks that end in mangled flesh.

Perhaps a brave creature’s attempt to destroy the beast? No, the magic within the monster is too strong to be killed by mortal means.

All that’s left is an agonized monstrosity, no breath or teeth to maim with. The sounds it makes though. If the voicebox remains, sounds that could once have been words bleed from the gaping windpipes.

What would be worse? A “complete” Emperor with the power to level cities? Or one that drags its mangled flesh to you when you’ve almost drifted into sleep… One that senses you… One that slowly turns its rotting necks to you and gives a shuddering, low, rasping moan…
