My attempt at scrying possibly Windsinger the kid spiral from the latest story! There’s not many green colours that fully match the description 😮 he is Leaf/Pear/Spring!
Well now i can’t imagine this one as anything other than some pompous disney villain laid back in a giant plush armchair, rolling his eyes as some poor lackey of his pleads for his mercy and at the same time leisurely plucking the feathers off a squawking exotic bird for his ostentatious outfit
He probably has a musical number about how rich yet troubled he is
