So I’ve been thinking about this post a bit, and the idea of making an ‘ancient’ age for dragon breeds, like the goalers for tundra. So far I’ve done guardian and mirror.

I’ve tried to give them attributes from their patron deity; ancient guardians would just be like giant leviathens living deep in the darkest parts of the ocean. Their limbs are mostly like flippers now, their eyes sightless and white, and powerful tail.

Ancient mirrors I took the idea of how mirror breed was originally planned, with the four arms, four legs, four wings, etc. And then gave them some attributes from the plaguebringer. Ancient mirrors would probably be absolutely riddled with scars from both battles and the diseases they’ve combated through out their lives. They may have many deformities, plague boils, keratin/bone growths all over their body, but they have mastered survival within the scarred wasteland.

I decided to make Resheph’s lore be based off Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. Let him be both good and evil.

I apologize that I have not been able to write as much as I have wished. We have been busy–mercenaries are in great demand these past few months. Kalea would have written a letter as well, but she is exhausted. Our last job took a considerable toll on her.
